Here are some common questions and answers about this new service.

1. I have already scheduled a time to have my computer remote controlled, where do I get the software? Click here for the Remote Control Application, it's easy and very fast to setup.

2. I am having problems connecting to the Internet, can you remote in and fix this for me? No, your computer needs a working Internet connection for us to use the remote software program.

3. I am on dial up Internet, can you remote in? Remote Control software does not work very well over slower connections. We suggest you contact us for drop off or pick service to have your computer worked on.

4. When do you actually get access to my computer? You must run a small applciation that will contact us and give us access to your computer.

5. How do I remove the software? Software is never installed on your computer, you can delete the small file you downloaded when you are done or you can leave it on the computer since it will not work unless you initiate it.

6. I think I have spyware or viruses on my PC, can you scan and clean it up remotely? Yes, in most cases we can fix the problems online.

7. When can you work on my computer online? Currently this is available evenings and weekends only. You need to contact us in advance to arrange a time.

8.How much is this service? The basic rate is $4.95 plus the cost of the service provided. You can save money by having a flat rate service performed or for simple things we simply prorate to the nearest minute to save you money.

9.Can you work on my computer while I am not at home? No, with this particular service you must be present to initiate the connection with us. You would need a different software program setup if you wanted us to access it at night or while you are not home. Please let us know and we can work with you to find another solution.
